How the migration works
- Tell our team which site you want moved.
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin, upload the migration plugin we send you, then install and activate it.
- Open the plugin from the sidebar and click Generate secure access link. Choose how long it stays active, from 24 hours to 7 days.
- Send us the link. Your WordPress password is never shared.
- We migrate the site. Larger sites usually take one to three business days.
- Review the migrated site, then we point your domain to it.
You can revoke or regenerate the access link at any time, and it expires automatically when its timer runs out.
